Please carefully read the Flex Mobile Affiliate Terms and Conditions before joining our program or starting any marketing activities. These terms are designed in plain language to ensure clarity. All affiliates must ensure their employees, agents, and contractors comply with these terms. Flex Mobile reserves the right to modify the terms at any time.
Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our,” or “Flex Mobile”: Refers to Flex Mobile (powered by Excess Telecom, Inc.).
“You” or “Your”: Refers to the Affiliate.
“Our Website”: Refers to the Flex Mobile website, located at www.FlexMobile.com.
“Your Website”: Refers to any website(s) you use to link to our site.
“Program”: Refers to the Flex Mobile Affiliate Program.
Enrollment
After you submit your application, we will review your website and notify you within 48 hours regarding your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to decline any application, but feel free to contact us if you believe we made an incorrect decision. Providing a complete profile of all websites you use will aid us in the review process.
Website Restrictions
Your participating websites may not:
Infringe on the intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of Flex Mobile or any third party.
Violate any law, rule, or regulation.
Contain offensive content, including but not limited to harassment, defamation, or obscene material.
Include any harmful software like viruses, worms, or time bombs.
Use technologies that attempt to redirect traffic or affiliate commissions improperly.
Linking to Our Website
Once accepted into the program, you will have access to our affiliate interface. You agree to:
Only use the provided linking code without alteration.
List all domains that will use your affiliate link in your profile.
Ensure that your website does not copy the look and feel of our website or mislead visitors into thinking it is part of Flex Mobile.
Avoid cookie stuffing, false or misleading links, or redirecting traffic in any deceptive way.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Guidelines
Affiliates engaging in PPC campaigns must comply with the following guidelines:
Do not bid on Flex Mobile trademarked terms or any variations in PPC campaigns.
Avoid using Flex Mobile trademarked terms in ad copy, titles, or URLs.
Do not directly link to Flex Mobile from PPC ads.
Flex Mobile trademarked terms must be added as negative keywords in any automated PPC campaigns.

Coupon Guidelines
If you promote Flex Mobile coupon codes, follow these guidelines:
Advertise only valid coupon codes provided through the affiliate program.
Do not post workarounds or invalid coupon information.
Coupons must display the full offer, expiration date, and code.
Do not advertise codes obtained from outside the affiliate program.
Social Media
Promotion on social media is permitted under the following conditions:
You may post affiliate links on your personal social media pages.
You may not post affiliate links on Flex Mobile’s official pages or create social media accounts using Flex Mobile’s trademarks.
Facebook ads or other social media ads using Flex Mobile’s trademarks are prohibited.
Qualifying Transactions
You will receive a one-time commission of $15 for each successful customer sign-up using your affiliate link. Transactions must be tracked and validated through our affiliate system. We will not pay commissions for:
Canceled, refunded, or disputed orders.
Fraudulent activity.
Transactions not properly tracked or completed after program termination.
Reversal & Communication Policy
Flex Mobile reserves the right to reverse commissions due to cancellations, order disputes, or violations of program rules. We expect timely and honest communication if we request additional information about your activity.
FTC Disclosure Requirements
You must include a clear FTC disclosure on any page, blog post, or social media post where you use affiliate links. The disclosure must state that you are compensated for your endorsement or review. This should be visible above the fold and in the same medium as the content.

By participating in the Flex Mobile Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of commissions.
